Due to the delicate nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
All sarees come with:
- Blouse tailoring (if applicable)
- Fall & pico completed
- Carefully packed for immediate wear

In the rare case of:
Unboxing Requirement
To ensure a smooth resolution in the rare case of any issue, we kindly request you to record an unboxing video while opening your package.
This helps us verify and assist you promptly in case of:
• Damage during transit
• Incorrect item received
Please note that requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
